Transfer details

Transfer is a change of the billing provider. The new reseller Canagon handles billing, after successful transfer you will see Canagon in your admin.google.com > Billing > Subscriptions.

No changes to your existing emails or data

There is no physical change; Transfer is about licensing, we do not touch your settings, domain or DNS. Emails, files, users, and settings all stay the same — intact. 

Changes to billing

When you transfer to Canagon, invoices will come from Canagon instead of Google.

Administration of Google Workspace (admin.google.com access)

Super admin, Administrators, and all other user roles remain unchanged. The transfer does not affect user privileges or any technical settings.

After the transfer, Canagon can optionally be granted delegated access to your admin console to assist with management or troubleshooting – transparently logged and without the need to create or pay for an extra admin user, by default we do not ask for admin access and you can it on/off anytime.

Enjoy faster responses and clearer guidance without going through generic support channels. Google support remains available as before. You can contact both Google and Canagon for support.

What changes to expect during the transfer?
  • When you transfer, we take over billing. Invoices will come from Canagon instead of Google.
  • Your Google Workspace services will continue without interruption. The transfer does not affect your domain or technical settings.
  • All services still come from Google, except billing. Canagon is a certified Google Cloud reseller for Google Workspace (public ID C02k6n9rq). 
  • You can contact both Google and Canagon for support.
  • Your agreement with Google stays in place, including all terms and privacy policies: Google service terms.

Customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom are generally not charged EU or UK VAT. Any local taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Canagon is registered for VAT in Ireland, and we can invoice customers across the European Union (EU).

  • If your company is established in an EU member state other than Ireland and provides a valid EU VAT number, VAT is not charged under the reverse charge mechanism.
  • If your company is based in Ireland, 23% Irish VAT applies.
  • If you’re an individual or a business without a valid EU VAT number, VAT is charged according to the applicable VAT rules for your country.

Our company is registered for UK VAT.

  • If your company is based in the United Kingdom and provides a valid UK VAT number, we do not charge UK VAT because the transaction is subject to the UK reverse charge mechanism.
  • If you’re an individual or a company without a valid UK VAT number, UK VAT is charged where applicable.

Yes. Customer is free to change Google Workspace provider: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7643791?hl=en

To transfer your Google Workspace account to Canagon, you need to be on a flexible plan without commitment.

If you’re on an annual plan directly with Google, you can’t transfer your account to Canagon or any other reseller until the end of your contract. Google does not allow early transfer of committed accounts.

You have two options:

  • Wait until your annual plan ends, then transfer
  • Switch to a flexible (monthly) plan first — but this may mean paying an early cancellation fee or losing discounts

Other resellers face the same limits. This is a Google policy, not a reseller choice. If you’re not sure about your plan type or end date, we can help you check it.

How to begin with the transfer

First you need to generate a transfer authorization in the Google admin console.

  1. Sign in to https://admin.google.com/ac/resellermanagement with your Google Workspace super-administrator account
  2. Select subscription to transfer and click Transfer
  3. Create transfer authorization entering Canagon’s public identifier: C02k6n9rq
  4. Click Continue
  5. Choose what to transfer to canagon.com
  6. Click Continue
  7. Click Generate Transfer Authorization
  8. Complete our transfer form to initiate the transfer
