Migration is the process of moving your existing email and related data to Google Workspace, so you can continue using your messages in the new Google environment.

Your current email stays fully active while we copy data in the background. Users can start using Google Workspace during the process and get familiar with the new environment. We migrate email, calendars, and contacts if your current provider allows export.

How it works

Migration can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the amount and type of data being transferred. The final switch happens after all data is moved, at a time that suits you.

To begin, you provide access to the email system, a list of users, and access to domain settings. The migration is handled by Canagon using a process aligned with Google’s best practices and carried out by trained, Google-certified specialists.

To order migration, select ‘Migrate existing emails’ when purchasing a new Google Workspace product from Canagon. You’ll receive a secure link to a form where you can submit the user list, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
