How the migration service works

We follow Google’s recommended migration process.

Select “Migrate existing emails” when you order Google Workspace.
Send us your user list and login details for your current email system and your domain settings, through a secure form.
We copy your data in the background, with no downtime.
This takes from a few hours to a few days, depending on the amount and type of data.
We make the final switch after all data is moved.
Cancel your old email service. All your email is now in Google Workspace.
If you want an extra copy, archive it before you cancel.
If your website is on the same hosting, keep the hosting.
